- Excellent in Troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and professional speaking ability in English.
- Proficiency in computer operations, especially Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD.
- Must be well-organized, professional, and responsible.

Job Context:
We are a leading Multinational company who are manufacturing & supplying Hydraulic Equilibrium Crane and looking for dynamic, hardworking, and technically skilled professionals for the position of Service Engineer.
Location: Dhaka & Meghna Industrial Economic Zone
Workplace: Work at Dhaka and Meghnaghat.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Hydraulic Crane at client sites.
- Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Maintenance and service planning.
- Prepare visit/inspection report.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications if required.
- Identify issues, replace faulty parts, and ensure optimal performance of machinery.
- Collaborate with plant engineers and technicians on project planning and execution
- Providing technical support and training to clients, documenting service activities.
- Work closely with the technical team and report to the Service Manager.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
