∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, E-commerce, NGO, Micro-Finance.
∎ Must have minimum 3 years’ experience on Server Maintenance, networked computer system, including hardware, system software.
∎ Strong knowledge of VMware, Server, Storage, Network attach Storage, Back-Up system or equivalent is needed
∎ Knowledge on operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, HTTP traffic
∎ Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
∎ Knowledge of Linux & Windows, Information security, cloud, Mac, Cisco, MicroTik, networking, Scripting, programming, clustering, High availability, fault tolerance, and storage backup.
∎ Experience

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform Server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
∎ Monitor datacenter health using preexisting management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed.
∎ Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, printers, IP phones, security updates; support internet & intranet.
∎ Responsible for the configuration, Maintenance, troubleshooting and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers.Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software, including operating systems, virtualization platforms, and server applications. Web Application, Web Server, FTP Server, PLEX Server on Linux & Microsoft environment.
∎ Proficiency with server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux). Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
∎ Monitoring, Configure, install, maintain & troubleshoot TV channel & Radio channel recording server. Maintain and troubleshoot IP PBX Server and add new IP Phone on network.
∎ Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
∎ Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications. Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection.
∎ Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
