Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire an SEO Expert to join our dynamic Team and have experience in Technical SEO, Digital Marketing, Web Analysis, Social media marketing Strategy and Effective implementation.
∎ Office Hours 06:30 am till 3:30 pm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop SEO strategies and provide recommendations for improvement of the site ranking (including site architecture, URL structures, on-page ranking factors, image, video and news optimization etc.) and oversee the implementation of those recommendations.
∎ Sound knowledge of ON Page SEO and OFF Page SEO.
∎ Manage SEO performance tracking and analytics.
∎ Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities.
∎ Work closely with various departments on all major website changes which is impacting SEO.
∎ Run all types of digital marketing possible under the budget and resources covering Email, Social Media, Content, Search, Paid Ads etc.
∎ Analysis and Write content for SEO and Social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Create and edit posts, videos and other content.
∎ Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
∎ Develop and implement link building strategy.
∎ Sound knowledge in Gray hat, black hat, white hat SEO and PBN Setup skills.
∎ Guest posting and blog outreach experience.
∎ Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
∎ The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills.
∎ Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed codes.
∎ Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
∎ Plan, develop and implement an SEO strategy and KPI's based on company objectives (on-page and off-page).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience working with popular keyword, audit & analysis tools
∎ Implementation and management of tracking Tags
∎ XML Sitemap creation and page indexing management
∎ Guide developers on keeping CSS compatible with SEO
∎ In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
∎ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development
∎ Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
∎ Strong familiarity with graphic designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
∎ Must be initiative, creative, innovative, quick learner and a team player
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask
∎ Experience with Google services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools
