Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, especially in designing ERP systems or SaaS-based platforms.
∎ Proven experience designing user interfaces and experiences for ERP or SaaS products.
∎ Proficiency in Figma (preferable), Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX tools.
∎ Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, and responsive UI design.
∎ Experience conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing, and analyzing test results to drive design improvements.
∎ Familiarity with HTML5/CSS3, Tailwind CSS is a plus.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
∎ Attention to detail in layout, typography, color theory, interaction, and consistency.

∎ Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design solutions.
∎ Analyze user behavior and feedback to iterate and improve designs based on test results.
∎ Prepare detailed design documentation and create proof of concepts (POCs) to support and justify design decisions.
∎ Build and maintain scalable design systems tailored for large-scale ERP platforms.
∎ Stay updated with user psychology and behavioral patterns related to digital products, and apply these insights to create intuitive, user-centered designs.
∎ Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and final UI assets.
∎ Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and user satisfaction.
∎ Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
∎ Advocate for user-centric design principles within cross-functional teams.
∎ Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
