Responsibilities & Context:
• Lead UX/UI design for web-based ERP/SaaS applications from concept to implementation.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design solutions.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to iterate and improve designs based on test results.
• Prepare detailed design documentation and create proof of concepts (POCs) to support and justify design decisions.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems tailored for large-scale ERP platforms.
• Stay updated with user psychology and behavioral patterns related to digital products, and apply these insights to create intuitive, user-centered designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and final UI assets.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design
• feasibility and user satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles within cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
