Job Responsibilities:
∎ Test new and existing software applications, ensuring their functionality and performance.
∎ Perform follow-ups to ensure complete solutions to identified IT-related problems.
∎ Identify, document, and automate engineering processes to enhance efficiency.
∎ Work closely with software developers to select suitable design solutions.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance for system-related issues.
∎ Identify and procure hardware and software components based on project requirements.
∎ Provide day-to-day hardware and network support to the head office, project users, and higher management.
∎ Set up and configure the IT infrastructure for new projects, including active and passive network components.
∎ Prepare and manage the IT budget for project-related activities.
∎ Configure and maintain cloud servers (DigitalOcean) on the Linux platform to meet developers' requirements.
∎ Manage Office365, Outlook, and Teams for efficient communication and collaboration.
∎ Ensure endpoint antivirus management (TrendMicro) for enhanced security.
∎ Manage and configure Web Application Firewalls (CloudFlare) for optimal protection.
∎ Set up and maintain the call center-IVR system.
∎ Communicate with vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
∎ Manage inventory and different domains effectively.
∎ Analyze requirements and source new IT products as needed.
∎ Implement an in-house ERP system and provide user training.
∎ Monitor and troubleshoot networks at the head office, factory, and showroom.
