Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and support server infrastructure (Windows Server & Linux)
Administer VMware / Hyper-V virtualization and storage systems
Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server & Linux systems
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS on laptops and desktops
Hardware troubleshooting (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, power issues)
Support network infrastructure (LAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Assist and implement network cable pulling, patch panel termination, labeling, and testing
Install and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and network printers
Manage backup & disaster recovery solutions
Support endpoint security (Sophos /Fortinet / Eset preferred)
Ensure IT support for factory operations, ERP, and production users
Coordinate with vendors and supervise junior engineers
Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and network diagrams.
