∎ Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be responsible for System Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting task for both Local and Global Data Centers and Cloud Services. This includes maintaining All IT infrastructure such as Server System, Virtualization, OS, Updates, Patch Management, Data backup, Data Security, Event and Log Manage, Reporting, Licensing for Local and Global Branches. Taking Periodic Updates, Complying ISMS Policy and enforcing changes where required.
∎ Candidate should be responsible for System design, plan and deployment, IT product selection & procurement task.
∎ Create a concrete ICT development and deployment plan within the organization, work as a team member to achieve the proposed visions.
∎ Manage and prioritize the team's workload on a daily basis.
∎ Work with our global Teams to develop, support, implement and improve existing and new workflow processes.
∎ Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technological needs. Finally, collaborate the development and deployment phases with the documented technical specifications.
∎ Candidate should be responsible for taking ownership for completing assigned Project within the given time frame.
∎ Candidate should be able to forecast upcoming requirements and should be able to submit proposal to management.
∎ Candidate should be responsible for data security and data backup as per IT and ISMS Policy.
∎ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
∎ Audit all Systems and assess their outcomes. Candidate is responsible for complying all ISMS and IT policies.
∎ Reading System Generated Logs, detecting errors, failures, creating reports and solutions for the errors, co-relate with other system and preserve the logs etc.
∎ Candidate should be responsible for working with cross functional team to achieve the same goal.
∎ Candidate should be responsible for his own skill development, product knowledge, training and certifications.
∎ Candidate should communicate with vendors, suppliers, Service Providers for new requirements, current solution, Warranty Claim, AMC/SLA and troubleshoot purpose.
∎ Preserve IT assets and maintaining proper documentations for Regular System Operation, Purchase, Approvals, Changes, Incident reports etc.
∎ Candidate should report to his team Lead and Supervisor.
∎ Job description might get changed due to requirement, Candidate should comply all the task assigned on him.
∎ System Deployment Knowledge: Installing and configuring Windows OS, Basic setup, Licensing, Backup, Dynamic RAM, Shared HDD, Cluster, Replication, HDD Partitioning, Raid Controller, NIC Teaming, Update and Patch Management, Centralize Management, Snapshot, Log Management, Reading Logs and Events etc.
∎ Network-System Design: Making Network Diagram, and use design tools to update diagrams
∎ Networking Skills: Basic Networking skills such as IP address, VLAN, Routing, L2 and L3 Switching etc.
∎ Licensing and Subscription: Windows OS (Server and PC, SQL) licensing, Microsoft Office Licensing, Antivirus and Firewall Subscription and other software's license and subscriptions.
∎ Product Knowledge: Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switches, Router, Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, Server and Storage, Wireless Products, Attendance Terminals, Product Licensing, RMA, Warranty information
∎ Security Skills: Basic Knowledge on Firewall Configuration, Policy Creating, VPN, SSL VPN, IPSEC VPN, URL filtering, Application Control, Web Application firewall operation, firewall Cluster(Active-Standby), Firewall licensing, Load Balancing, Bandwidth Control, NAT/Port Forwarding report and log monitoring, Configuration Backup and restore, SSL Certificates, Centralized Antivirus Operation, Creating and applying policy, report creation, log management, Control etc.
∎ Server and Storage: Understanding Server components (RAM, HDD, Motherboard, NIC, Cabling, Warranty, OS installation, BIOS, NIC Teaming, Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), Virtual machines create, Operation, troubleshoot, Snapshot, Nested VM, Resource Monitoring, Dynamic Resource assignment, Clustering, Hyper-V Cluster, Application Cluster, Shared Storage, iSCSI, FC storage, Data Import/Export, Remote management and monitoring etc.
∎ Cloud Computing Skills: Knowledge regarding cloud services such as AWS, Azure etc. Cloud DC/DR solution. Cloud solution design, Implementation, Support and operation. Good knowledge on cloud platforms will add advantages.
∎ Monitoring System: Good knowledge on Monitoring System, Operation, understating Logs, Creating reports, alarm handling and Deployment skills
∎ Domain Controller: Good knowledge on Active Directory (AD-DS), DFS, File Server, Windows Update Service, Sharing Service, NTP, Centrally Manage System, Replication, DRS, DNS, backup, Tree-Forest
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must be proactive, energetic & determined to meet deadlines. The applicant must good written and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Able to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Innovative, open minded and ready to put the necessary effort to reach the goals and deadlines.
∎ The ideal candidate will be an intelligent, mature and level-headed individual who will seek long-term future with the organization
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
∎ Continue strategic approach, innovation and develop best practices in the use of technology
∎ Certifications preferable (Not mandatory):
∎ Networking: CCNA equivalent or Higher
∎ System: Windows Platform (MCSA or Higher)
∎ Cloud: Certification on AWS/Azure
∎ Cyber Security certification: CEH or equivalent or higher
∎ Minimum 5 Years (Latest) hands on Working experience on System Infrastructure specially on Virtualization, Windows OS, Cloud Platform, Networking, Security and Cyber-Security, Backup, LAN and WLAN Solution, and successful communication with vendors and other stake holders.
∎ Having experience in banking/financial software development will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 90000 (Monthly)
