Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, Configuration & maintenance of windows OS server including Active directory, VMware (ESXi), PROXMOX, Asterisk-based solution.
∎ Provide IT support to the end users and solving technical problems in both a stand-alone and a network environment.
∎ Analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems.
∎ Deployment of LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, switches, and other hardware.
∎ Installation and configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
∎ Ensuring data security, backup, and document of all IT users.
∎ Write-up technical specifications as per requirement of operation as well as for client's.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Must have basic understandings of windows and network troubleshooting.
∎ Provide IT Support at user end as per requirements.
∎ Hardworking and willing to take up challenges.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills, strong sense of team spirit and responsibility.
∎ Good verbal and written command of the English language is a must.
