Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In Computer Science.
∎ CCNA or MCSE certified will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure;
∎ Assists with establishing networking environment by installing, configuring, testing and documenting according to the design and requirement;
∎ Assists with configuring security settings in terms of incoming/outgoing unwanted traffic in different devices;
∎ Should be experienced in troubleshooting in all layer (layer-1 to layer-7);
∎ Should be experienced in LINUX platform;
∎ Should be experienced in Mikrotik Management like NAT,Queue,Tunnel,DHCP, Traffic analysis etc.
∎ Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools;
∎ Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability;
∎ Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes;
∎ Maintain security, backup, Data integrity and redundancy strategies;
∎ Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks;
∎ Participate in the design of information and operational support systems;
∎ Provide 2nd and 3rd level support;
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution;
∎ Troubleshooting ad resolving all technical issues when they arise.
