∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintenance of Electric Sub -Station, Generator, Pumps distribution panel, HT, LT & PFI in the factory;
∎ Maintenance of PLC, Electric Control Panels, Fire Protection & Fighting Systems including Lifts, HVACs and other equipment’s in the factory;
∎ Prepare and execute regular preventive maintenance schedules of all electric and electro-mechanical equipment’s in the factory;
∎ Ensure all electric, electronic and mechanical equipment’s and machineries are running without interruption;
∎ Ensuring the spare parts availability with timely raising indent & procuring;
∎ Handle & Maintain of boilers, generators, compressors, AC, Dryers etc;
∎ Coordinate with the compliance for lSO, Accord, WRAP and Alliance requirement;
∎ Estimating the material requirements and cost of different electrical works of the factory;
∎ Train the technical staff and make them efficient in their job role;
∎ Estimating the time-frame for completion different electrical works;
∎ Any other electrical task as per requirements;
∎ Other jobs assign by the Management.
