Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline in Management Studies/ Science.
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, Accord Alliance, CSR, CTPAT, Local Law, Social Compliance, WRAP

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee in-field factory monitoring program, including performing social compliance audit, ranking and scoring production facilities, remediation follow up, and training/ capacity building.
∎ Work closely with vendors, factories, buying agents, etc. to ensure corrective action plans are timely, relevant and actionable.
∎ Review and analyze audit reports, and evaluate performance of third party audit firms.
∎ Communicate audit results, esp. serious non-compliances, to sourcing divisions, commercial business and licensing departments.
∎ Report abnormalities, and highlight serious non-compliances to direct supervisor on a timely manner. Closely follow up the facilities on alarm list.
∎ Stay up-to-date and be knowledgeable on relevant local laws, and local news.
∎ Prepare training materials, and hold vendor and sourcing summits independently.
∎ Assist to fulfill obligations as required by Fair Labor Association (FLA).

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Certified lead auditor in Compliance will be preferred, CSR, Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments
∎ Highest degree of Integrity is a must
∎ Strong analytical skills, Effective time management and prioritization skills, knowledge of labor laws and relevant regulations, social compliance standards (WRAP, FLA),
∎ Ability to understand effective factory management systems and operations, Self-motivated, hardworking and a team player who takes initiative.
∎ Well organized and multi-tasking, presentation and coaching skills.
