∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agile methodology, Data Analysis, Data Programer, Programmer/ Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ DEVELOP DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM:
∎ Analyze and design software (web, android) systems
∎ Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments
∎ Analyze and design relational database
∎ Perform R&D of web applications and propose best fit advanced technology
∎ Capable of develop web applications, Familiar with Codeigniter, Laravel, Zend, symphony, Wordpress.
∎ Clear concept about API, Preferred RESTful API development.
∎ Source code version control using GIT, SVN or cloud base version controlling system.
∎ Design digital ecosystem for iSocial for achieving the business goals, which includes
∎ Solutions for data collection by field agents, - Solutions for recording all transactions with customer demographics, -Solutions for decision support system, -Customer care solutions
∎ Lead sessions to design Backend APIs, Architecture Tiers, and Data Models.
∎ Lead and delegate code reviews and automated testing.
∎ Lead UI solutions with the UX team.
∎ Layout backend and frontend code skeletons.
∎ Encourage sound architecture and documented code-base.
∎ Maintain cloud infrastructure and automated deployment of our solutions.
∎ Maintain development tools and source management.
∎ Maintain office tech infrastructure (especially hardware and networks).
∎ Maintain 3rd-party tech service dependencies (ISP, SMS gateway, etc.)
∎ Maintain analytics tools and services.
∎ USAGE, UPDATE, UPGRADE AND TROUBLESHOOT:
∎ Ensure 100% usage of digital system by the team through training, mentoring and support.
∎ Track and ensure 100% data collection through digital system.
∎ Design and implement a ticketing system and SLA for all trouble shooting.
∎ MACHINE LEARNING, BIG DATA AND DATA ANALYTICS CAPABILITY:
∎ Integrate machine learning algorithm in transaction recording and order management system.
∎ Integrate machine learning algorithm for analyzing structured and unstructured data for generating critical insights for clients.
∎ Design and implement could platform for iSocial's data assets and systems.
∎ Design solutions as platform as a service and software as a service for institutions targeting BoP market.
∎ Design, develop and deploy data protection and data sharing system in compliance with national and international standards.
∎ CROSS-CUTTING:
∎ Represent iSocial at national and international stage as and when required.
∎ Support business development team as and when required.
∎ Ensure implementation of SoPs across the board.
∎ Develop capacity building plan for each of the employees and guide the colleagues to acquire required skills.
∎ Mentor colleagues on wellbeing, sexual harassment prevention and code of conduct.
∎ Facilitate building a culture of empathy, documentation and responsiveness.
∎ Publish in national and international journals and present papers in conferences.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 46 years
∎ Good knowledge of Information Technology (especially web application systems, OOP, relational database concepts and SDLC)
∎ Sound in web development (HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX etc.)
∎ Strong PHP scripting skill (especially skilled in MVC frameworks)
∎ Strong knowledge of cross platform web service
∎ Strong knowledge of standard RDBMS (especially MySQL)
∎ Skills and experience in salable system design and deployment.
∎ Knowledge, skills and experience in application of design thinking and systems thinking in solutions architecture design.
∎ Skills and experience in machine learning and big data analytics.
∎ Skills and experience in managing complex project management with strict deadline.
∎ Ability to learn new skills and share knowledge to team members.
∎ Experience in remote working is an added advantage.
∎ Knowledge about data protection and data privacy is a must.

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
