Responsibilities & Context:
∎ - Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.- Delegate tasks effectively, set clear goals, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication among team members.- Utilize technical expertise and experience to make informed decisions regarding software architecture, design, and implementation.- Evaluate various technical solutions and propose the most suitable approach based on project requirements, scalability, and performance considerations.- Anticipate and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.- Develop high-quality software solutions using PHP and relevant frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, and AngularJS.- Collaborate closely with fellow developers and others necessary to translate requirements into technical solutions.- Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems, utilizing best practices and design patterns.- Leverage frontend technologies including Vue.js and Nuxt.js to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.- Implement and maintain automated testing procedures to validate software functionality and identify defects early in the development process.- Collaborate with QA engineers to define test cases and perform thorough testing to guarantee the reliability and robustness of the software.- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering.- Conduct tech sessions to share knowledge and necessary guidelines to enhance the skills of other members.- Share expertise and insights with team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and user manuals.- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.- Any task associated with the position.
