Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 30 years

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development

• Strong command of English (verbal and written) for client communication

• In-depth experience with Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks

• Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks

• Experience integrating AI tools, APIs, and building automated workflows

• Sound knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and SDLC

• Ability to lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor juniors

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent time management and ability to deliver on deadlines

• Experience working in SaaS or PaaS-based environments

Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer) to join our team as a Client Application Implementation Engineer. As a leading SaaS and PaaS-based software service provider delivering AI-driven, scalable, and efficient solutions to clients worldwide, we expect the candidate to have deep technical knowledge, client-facing experience, and the ability to drive complex software implementations with precision and leadership. The ideal candidate must have 3–4 years of experience in full stack development, strong command of English, and a solid understanding of workflow automation, SDLC, and AI integrations.

Important Note:

Please do not apply if:

• You have less than 3 years of full-time development experience

• You are not comfortable communicating in English with clients

• You do not have experience with Next.js or AI-based integrations

• You are not willing to take ownership and lead delivery independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Join client meetings to understand business and technical requirements

• Analyze requirements and prepare technical breakdowns and effort estimations

• Lead client application implementation using Next.js for frontend development

• Implement, test, and integrate backend and frontend components

• Work closely with the QA and Project Management teams to ensure alignment

• Integrate AI-based features and workflow automation where applicable

• Take full ownership of assigned tasks with a focus on timely delivery

• Review and validate junior developers’ pseudocode and logic

• Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices

• Document processes, technical solutions, and client-specific customizations
