Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE (Public Universities Preferable)
∎ Candidates having professional certifications in the related field will get preferences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set goals for team and team members. Ensure the overall output quality of the team.
∎ Communicate with stakeholders regularly and proactively.
∎ Communicate proactively with Product Manager and their team.
∎ Establish feedback loops in team and give the team members immediate feedback
∎ Participate in regular performance reviews.
∎ Mentor team members and collaborate with them on personal and career growth.
∎ Lead the current deployment process.
∎ Good technical skill in Net Framework, C#, Asp.NET MVC, SQL Server, Web API.
∎ Good understanding and working experience in Design Pattern, Anti Patterns, Refactoring, UML, OOP.
∎ Experience in integration development using REST API, SOAP.
∎ Excellent SQL, Transaction, and DB object management skills for SQL SERVER and ORACLE databases
∎ Experienced in ADO.NET, Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core.
∎ Ability to understand complex domain logics and work flows
∎ Ability to write High-level or Low-level design and other documents using UML and diagrams
∎ User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
∎ Should have knowledge on version control (Git) software including Git flow and CI/CD tools.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Minimum 5-year experiences in the related field in reputed organizations is preferable
∎ Develop scalable application on Microsoft platforms (Web, Desktop, Seclude base tasks) for new application development/adding features to existing applications
∎ Integrating different systems and manage system transections into one system
∎ Write efficient and reusable codes for both front-end and back-end code following standard coding guidelines
∎ Perform Unit test, participate in SIT, UAT and ensure quality output
∎ Design large scale relational or non-relational DB and other DB objects
∎ Performance optimization for database and application to manage large data sets
∎ Ensure proper Version controlling
∎ Communicate and closely work with project manager, customer, solution architect, testing team, and operation team
∎ Should be able to lead and guide a small team
∎ Participate in project delivery planning and effort estimations process along with software solution architect
∎ Follow and Ensure the delivery as per Service Level Agreement
∎ Prepare standard documents in entire delivery lifecycle (like HLD, LLD, MOP, SOP)
∎ Knowledge sharing and application handover to operation team
