∎ Must have completion certificate of amfori BSCI Auditor Qualification Programme (Face-to-face training),

Job Context:
∎ ALGI is an American company with more than 24 years` experience in the field of social compliance and corporate responsibility. We are accredited by entities like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX and SA8000, to perform social assessment, certifications and environmental verifications.
∎ We are looking for an `Senior Social Compliance Auditor` with high experience on various schemes/social audits (BSCI, SEDEX) for a full-time position in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to conduct Social Compliance audit independently on behalf of different brands/schemes as per local law and buyer/scheme requirements.
∎ Ability to lead and manage an audit team
∎ Ability to work on various aspects of an audit
∎ Writing reports based on client's specification.
∎ Conducting follow up audits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area (s): Audit Firms, Buying House (Garments), Consulting Firms, Multinational Companies.
∎ Applicants must have experience on Social Compliance audits for at least 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ Excellent working knowledge on local laws & relevant fields
∎ Working knowledge on various client's code of conduct
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral in Bengali & English.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office application
