Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation from a reputed university preferably with BBA/MBA, Law, English, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Industry, Textile, or a related discipline.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: APSCA CSCA Part III,amfori BSCI Auditor Qualification Program

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct general and basic social compliance assessments as a team leader following ALGI's assessment procedures and client-specific instructions.
∎ Deliver high-quality reports within specified timelines and according to ALGI and client protocols and assure quality of the other team's reports.
∎ Stay updated on ALGI's social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws and needs to provide training to team members and industry stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with team members, such as co-assessors, during on-site assessments and reporting processes.
∎ Adhere to company policies regarding integrity, confidentiality, and information security.
∎ Maintain a high level of integrity by avoiding schedule leakage, unhealthy on-site consultations, and bribery attempts.
∎ Undertake additional assignments as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Proficient in written and spoken English.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently, both locally and internationally.
∎ Proactive, open-minded, quick learner, able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
∎ Exemplary personal and professional integrity and ethics.
∎ Independent, well-organized, and detail oriented.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research, and reporting analysis tools.
∎ Mandatory qualification: candidates those doesn't have APSCA CSCA Part III Completion Certificate and amfori BSCI Auditor Qualification Certificate need not to apply.
∎ Higg FEM, SLCP, BEPI verifier will be preferred.
Salary: Tk. 150000 - 200000 (Monthly)
