Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Client Management, Coordination, Logistics Management, Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with the commercial area for client contracts;
∎ Create audit IDs and upload the TOR to the audits;
∎ Assign audit team and QC responsible (in coordination with the technical expert); d. Track with the audit team;
∎ Checks and upload audit documents/files in database;
∎ Coordinate audit date with factories;
∎ Prepare audit plans and sends to factories;
∎ Deliver audit reports to customers;
∎ Responsible for tracking the audit cycle and auditing processes throughout the audit cycle and aligning with the best practices;
∎ Guarantee consistent, proper and timely handling of audits across entire audit cycle;
∎ Archive and organize documentation relating to audit cycle;
∎ Answer clients' inquiries;
∎ Check audit folders and follow up with auditors;
∎ Follow up factories' questions after the audit;
∎ Support activities to improve working environment.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have other skills on following areas:
∎ Time Management
∎ Critical Thinking
∎ Monitoring/Coordinating
∎ Communication skills
∎ Customer Service skills
∎ English proficiency
