Job Responsibilities
To assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to medical equipment, both remotely and on-site.
To conduct routine maintenance checks and servicing of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
To support senior engineer/ supervisor in the installation and commissioning of new medical equipment units at client sites.
To identify and troubleshoot problematic medical equipment including electrical, mechanical & control system com ponents.
To maintain accurate record of service activities including maintenance reports, service logs, and spare parts consumption.
To adhere with safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
To participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and stay update with the latest achievements in medical equipment technology.
To uphold the company’s quality standards and ensure that all service activities meet or exceed customer expectations.
