Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle and monitor the activities of the responsible service point.
∎ To provide the best after sales support service activities and ensure customer complaints are dealt with in a structured time frame.
∎ To collect customer feedback and technical feedback.
∎ To maintain spare parts store and daily accounts.
∎ To prepare product wise service report.
∎ To visit service points distributors to build up relations as a team.
∎ To develop service policy of IT products and provide service accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have experience in IT product repair.
∎ Smart, active and capable of customer management.
∎ Capable of supervisory capacity for planning, organizing, communicating and personnel management skills.
