Ability to drive Motorcycle.
Flexibility to extensive travel within the assigned Territory/Area.
Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors is looking for experienced Field service engineer who will ensure the proper after sales service & spare parts of commercial vehicle – FOTON in the assigned Area/ Territory. Major Responsibilities are -
Manage the after sales service activities of the workshops in assigned areas/ territories.
Regular visit to spare parts dealer/ retail shops to ensure availability & meet sales target of spare parts.
Frequent field/ customers visit to address service and spare parts issues.
Frequent visit and monitor service activities at dealer points and ensure the service level as per company standards.
Monitor the technicians and proper guidance to meet the service quality.
Manage critical customers/complaints, ensure customer`s feedback on after sales service and take corrective actions to increase Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of the territory/area.
Organize service campaigns to increase spare parts sales, retain/recover lost customers.
Gather territories` after sales service data, analyze, take corrective actions and reporting to Head Office.
