Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's/Master's in CSE/CSC/EEE from any reputed public or private university of Bangladesh or abroad.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major duties included but not limited to-
∎ Security engineering and operations delivery - driving automation, analytics and advanced threat analysis.
∎ Supervise designing and evaluation of all IT infrastructure equipment (i.e. System, Network) according to measurement of process based on the security architecture.
∎ Directing security event monitoring, management, response and cyber intelligence.
∎ Generate threats analysis reports, dashboards, metrics and make presentation to Senior Management.
∎ Maintain knowledge on all business procedures associate with assets and capacity on a security point of view.
∎ Supervise all functional resources required for growth and ensure appropriate working.
∎ Analysis and evaluation of organization current/future need; plan and execute expansion of IT infrastructure (Hardware, Software) development based on that.
∎ Maintain vendor correspondence to ensure proper and timely support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Strong knowledge of Gartner leaders SIEM Systems, user and network anomaly analytics, SOAR integration and MISP Threat Intelligence sharing platform.
∎ Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of Information or Cyber Security Operations, Incident Response and Investigations.
∎ Understanding of global compliance and data privacy regulations.
∎ Experience with security device, security solution operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Proven working experience in Microsoft Windows environments, UNIX (AIX, Solaris, HP-UX), Linux based environments, virtualization, cluster, server Hardware, Operating System, SAN storage, Backup device etc.
∎ Deep understanding of large networks and systems and the interaction between applications, infrastructures etc.
∎ Good idea about programming language, application and database.
∎ Must have strong decision-making and problem solving capability.
∎ Must be a team player and leader with good presentation and interpersonal skill.
∎ Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking; out-of-the-box thinkers.
∎ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA); Certified SOC Analyst (CSA), CISM, or other equivalent Security certification/accreditation is desirable (at least one will be preferred).
∎ Certification of MCSE, RHCE, CCNA is preferable.
