Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure regular and consistent updating of programme beneficiary and assistance delivery via appropriate reporting software/platform.
∎ Generate summary statistics, initial analysis and findings from programme databases, M&E data to support data requests from programmes.
∎ Verifying, analyzing the data of Monthly Performance Report (MPR) and preparing interim analytical reports for tracking performance progress, initiate contingency actions to rectify identified flaws.
∎ Ensure quality assurance of program activities and approaches through regular monitoring and supervision by frequent field visits.
∎ Coordinating between senior management and field staffs (Acting as a link between the field staffs and senior managers & Transmitting information, communication materials to the field and wherever required)
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
