Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Social Science/ Business Administration/ Media & Communication/ Sociology/ Gender studies/ Law from any recognised university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the production of unit and departmental different reports and content of the training and workshop programmes with ensuring the highest quality of the reporting and documentation
∎ Conduct or review the programmes proposal and documentations according to the approved guideline and translate the recommendations into program design, implementation and evaluation
∎ Participation of different workshop, discussion and dialogs and ensure visit and follow up to support implementation of gender capacity related activities and ensure the quality of documentation
∎ Coordinate, develop and maintain key professional networks, relationships with other programmes to ensure gender is integrated in wider initiatives, and to promote the partners' participation in coordination systems at the local level
∎ Attend need basis special gender training and module development. Compilation of all kinds' materials and update with the new ideas and innovations.
∎ Support GJD and partner programme staff on Gender Policy, Strategy and Capacity Building
∎ Participate celebration of special days and events on gender, women and human rights national and international days and ensure the visibility through high quality reporting
∎ Prepare monthly action plan and periodic progress report on gender capacity related activities for specific zone
∎ Compile training reports, database of training participants, pre and post test results and training evaluation reports
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the safeguarding goals while acting as a key source of support, guidance and expertise for establishing a safe working environment in accordance to its reporting procedures. Practice, promote, encourage and endorse the safeguarding policy and implementation standards among team members in case of any reportable incident.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience of work in gender and women empowerment programme focusing on the communication and documentation
∎ Experience and/ or capacity as a trainer/ facilitator, content developer
