Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and financial industry platforms like Orion.

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our Delivery Team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and improve client service. You will collaborate with stakeholders across client services, back-office operations, and other departments to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions while adhering to best practices.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development: Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom workflows, flows, validation rules, and triggers. Design user-friendly interfaces using advanced CSS, Lightning, and JavaScript.
Financial Services Cloud (FSC): Leverage familiarity with Salesforce FSC to optimize workflows for financial operations. Design solutions tailored to financial services use cases.
Integration Management: Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems, including Orion and other financial platforms, using REST and SOAP APIs. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between systems.
Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Deliver solutions within sprint commitments while maintaining high code quality.
System Administration and Documentation: Document processes, procedures, and integration designs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
CI/CD and Deployment: Lead Salesforce deployments while adhering to CI/CD best practices. Manage version control and ensure smooth deployments across environments.
Security and Authentication: Implement and manage OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure authentication. Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
