Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore, identify, and onboard potential commercial segment accounts in line with the bank's risk appetite;
∎ Attain business targets through onboarding new accounts and maximizing utilization from the existing pool of customers;
∎ Make regular calls to existing and prospective clientele to grow business in both organic and non-organic ways and to maintain a close relationship and update on business requirements;
∎ Negotiate with customers, prepare good quality credit proposals, analyze financials, and cater to potential business opportunities on time with the right set of product offerings;
∎ Cross sale relevant products and services of the bank to cater to holistic business opportunities;
∎ Identify any potential risk well ahead to safeguard the bank;
∎ Raise early alerts, issue diary notes, and conduct regular client visits to report potential risks on time to the senior team;
∎ Monitor client's cash flow, repayment performance, and required compliance as per covenant and conditions;
∎ Ensure smooth execution of client's transactions through liaison with relevant stakeholders and resolve client complaints to ensure the highest customer satisfaction;
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant experience (4 years for RM and 7 years for SRM) in banks/FIs in Commercial Banking or Corporate Banking;
∎ Necessary knowledge of credit norms, financial analysis, trade products, and necessary industry insights in the commercial segment;
∎ Conversant with regulatory guidelines/policies as well as laws and practices for lending as well as recovery;
∎ Proven track records of completing working capital and term financing deal with prominent commercial accounts;
∎ Be proactive, self-motivated, target oriented, and able to work under pressure with a deadline;
∎ Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
∎ Know about effective written and verbal communication in English and Bangla;
∎ Be customer-centric, a team player, and keen to develop others.
