Job Responsibilities:
∎ On-board new organizations to Employee Banking by following the standard process, with a focus on multinational, development, and government organizations;
∎ Ensure salary account opening in on-boarded organizations and salary disbursement;
∎ Drive achievement of business targets e. g. number of Employee Banking accounts, deposit volume, number of credit cards, loan disbursement;
∎ Collaborate with Branch Network, Corporate, Sales, and other stakeholders to hunt for new business opportunities;
∎ Conduct customer engagement programs and maintain daily correspondence with Employee Banking clients;
∎ Liaise with critical external stakeholders such as strategic allies for the betterment of the Employee Banking proposition;
∎ Ensure the fulfillment of all compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of work experience (experience in Sales/ Relationship Management roles will get preference);
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence among peers, candidates, and hiring divisions and departments;
∎ Strong command of the English language (verbal and written);
∎ Ability to work under stress and adapt to changes;
∎ Passion for exceeding stakeholders' expectations at all times;
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, ability to lead a dynamic team, and keen to develop others.
