Job Responsibilities:
∎ Portfolio Contribution: Developing new businesses for Corporate & SME loan portfolio and achieving the yearly target of the department
∎ Weighted Average cost of Lending: To maintain a standard weighted average cost of lending as per requirement. hence ensuring low cost and higher spread
∎ Generating New Clients: To seek new clients, equipped with proper assessments
∎ NPL: Maintain a standard NPL ratio as per regulatory requirement
∎ Customer Service: To achieve set targets in terms of company standards for services during customer transaction and provide constant after sales service for smooth customer experience
∎ Compliance: To ensure that business risks and controls are well managed, while business methods remain compliant with company policy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate and SME business
∎ Good analytical and critical reasoning skills to understand new/existing businesses
∎ Abilities to maintain customer service quality and statutory compliance
∎ Strength and high motivation as a team player with excellent negotiation skills
∎ Ability to meet performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts, psychologically stressful environments. and conditions with limited resources
