Quality Control/ Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1st Inline & Final inspections are carrying out based on individual customer requirements.
∎ Circulate certain mail communication on 1st Inline findings to the relevant representatives.
∎ Major findings during inline inspection to be communicated to Director Quality & Technical if necessary.
∎ Packing list quantities are tally to actual and to cross check short shipment or excess shipment based on customer approvals.
∎ During inspection count & accuracy to be checked based on packing list & packing method
∎ Workmanship, Measurement, Color continuity, Packing method etc. to be checked based on customer approvals
∎ Garments appearance based on packaging need to be considered during final inspection.
∎ To maintain overall product quality standard as Dewhirst Standard as highest among all customer’s.
∎ All final inspection to be documented and agree with factory responsible parties.
∎ Any final inspection failure within Dewhirst to be informed Director Quality & Technical.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in English is must.
Salary: Negotiable
