Job Responsibilities:
∎ Observing the area of Woven, Knit / Uniform, Casual / Men's & Ladies
∎ Ensure that production is running as per plan to meet production target & delivery requirement.
∎ Monitor the quantity and quality of the collected raw materials.
∎ Maintain all relevant merchandising communications files, reports etc.
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives
∎ Analyze sales figures, customers' reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
∎ Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
∎ Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
∎ Following up the total shipment process.
∎ Communicating with the Japanese designers and sales department.
∎ Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
∎ Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
∎ Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
∎ Remain up to date with industry's best practices
∎ Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping
∎ Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations
∎ Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good written and spoken Japanese, English and Bangla.
∎ Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality to cooperate a merchandising team.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 100000 - 150000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Each festival bonus will be equal of half monthly gross salary . Weekly 1 holiday. Leave Package: Casual leave, Sick leave, Annual Leave 14 days, EID holidays others govt. approved holiday.
