Responsibilities & Context:
1)Oversee and manage daily local and international operations, with a focus on Japanese Business partnerships.
2)Supervise production, manufacturing, export–import, bonded warehouse, buying house, and online business activities.
3)Ensure product quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.
4)Drive business development, research & development (R&D), and long-term company growth initiatives.
5)Maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, banks, and regulatory authorities.
6)Support financial planning, budgeting, and risk management strategies.
7)Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English across all business functions.
