Responsibilities & Context:
1) Assist in managing daily local and international operations, especially with Japanese companies.
2)Supervise production, manufacturing, export–import, bonded warehouse, buying house, and online business activities.
3)Ensure product quality, efficiency, compliance, and on-time delivery.
4)Support business development, R&D, and company growth plans.
5)Maintain good relationships with buyers, suppliers, banks, and authorities.
6)Assist in financial planning and risk management.
7)Communicate effectively in Japanese and English.
