∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Must have good knowledge on knit fabric dyeing and finishing process.
∎ · Must have good knowledge and experience how to control fabric quality as per specific requirements.
∎ · Have to explain dye house clearly about individual orders, and ensure that they set up machine accordingly.
∎ · Have to assist to dye small batches came from knitting factory to check yarn lots. Each yarn lot have to knit 5 kg for yarn test and keeping record.
∎ · Follow up each and every order and push dye house to complete in given date.
∎ · To ensure fabrics do not get any stain or dust during dyeing and finishing process.
∎ · Keeping production record daily basis.
∎ · Must have good knowledge how to check and maintain required fabric quality like color fastness, gsm, diameter, shrinkage, spirality, strength as required and keeping record on every batch.
∎ · To collect and keep dye lots from every batch.
∎ · To ensure that fabric moves to Sisal Composite Ltd. only when it is passed in all parameters, otherwise have to discuss with dye house for corrections.
