∎ Must be computer literate, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to carry out daily tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have comprehensive knowledge of various yarns used in knit, woven, and sweater fabrics, along with expertise in analyzing knitting, linking, and mending processes for all sweater types and fabric constructions.
∎ Skilled in identifying and solving technical issues that arise during the development and production stages of knit, woven, and sweater garments, ensuring the final product meets the required shape, design, and client specifications.
∎ Well-versed in the application of prints, embroidery, and other embellishment techniques specifically for knit, woven, and sweater garments.
∎ Analyze quality defects in knit, woven, and sweater products, issuing detailed inspection reports with precise comments for improvements.
∎ Oversee pre-production meetings, size-set evaluations, line planning, and inline inspections for knit, woven, and sweater lines, ensuring adherence to the organization’s quality standards.
∎ Monitor output plans and timelines for knit, woven, and sweater production, assess risks, address quality gaps, and drive improvements through process mapping and other applicable tools.
∎ Ensure production plans are followed, and testing reports confirm the quality compliance of all products.
∎ Coordinate and conduct in-Line and final inspections in factories specializing in knit, woven, and sweater manufacturing, ensuring consistent product quality and alignment with client requirements.
