∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze UAT test results to discover and report out on bugs
∎ Document bugs effectively and collaborate with developers to see them resolved
∎ Ensure that all stories have well defined acceptance criteria, test plans, and any hooks needed to enable testability
∎ Diagnose issues to determine scope and provide reproduction scenarios
∎ Have experience in website UAT test case automation (Celenium) and App UAT test case automation.
∎ Track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize results
∎ Identify new tools/processes/approaches and continuously strive to find ways to improve the overall testing strategy with the help of Delivery Centre
∎ Give operational support in case of emergency.
∎ Provide support to send push in app.
∎ Configure and schedule push notification
∎ Ensure end to end pre and post Live UAT of different product testing and also perform Post Live activity at late night.
∎ Support Operations & QA lend for new and existing Product/feature testing in App and Web
∎ Providing technical support for mobile applications & web.
∎ Troubleshooting technical issues, including app functionality, user experience, and backend systems.
∎ Ensure communication to liaise effectively with internal teams and end-users.
∎ Documented and track reported issues, as well as implement solutions and workarounds.
∎ Required support during both regular business hours and off-hours, as needed.
