Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo framework,OWL framework .
Familiarity with Odoo Studio, API integrations, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Good understanding of ERP processes such as Accounting, HR, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Additional Requirements (Preferred):
Experience in POS, Website OWL framework.
Experience with Linux/Ubuntu server deployment.
Knowledge of Docker or containerization.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap).
Previous experience in ERP implementation projects.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
The Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP modules to meet the business requirements of Mir Info Systems Ltd. The role involves analyzing client needs, building tailored solutions, and ensuring system performance, scalability, and smooth integration with other applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing,POS etc.) as per business requirements.
Integrate third-party applications and external systems with Odoo.
Perform technical analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
Provide support for existing Odoo applications and troubleshoot functional/technical issues.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize system performance and ensure smooth ERP operations.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.
Perform version upgrades, patches, and module migrations as needed.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and best practices.
Train and support end-users for Odoo ERP ufie.
