Experience:

• Diploma in Orthotics & Prosthetics

• Trained in higher technology’s like multiple disciplines, advanced materials and technologies will get preference.

• Ensuring precise alignment and fitting of orthoses to meet individual patient needs.

• Managing complex cases where proper gait correction requires multiple adjustments.

• Maintaining high-quality standards under time constraints.

• Ensuring safety and functionality of workshop equipment.

• Balancing patient comfort with technical and functional requirements

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical Prosthetic assessment for the patient to make advanced limbs like- Hi Tech devices (Polycentric Pneumatic, Hydraulic Joints)

• Taking cast and modification to prepare appropriate Prosthesis.

• Set the proper alignment with the weight bearing points for the final finishing.

• Corrected the fitting of appliances according to the dynamic alignment.

• Check the gait during advanced training.

• Final finishing done after the every correction.

• Proper guideline given for maintaining & uses of appliances.

• Maintaining all machineries uses in the workshop.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
