Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Senior Project Officer-Child Protection is mainly responsible for managing child protection team and all associated activities in a specific area or zone, acting as the key field level representative of Save the Children in the location including support to partners.
∎ This includes supervising the team in the assessment, coordination, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of the child protection intervention.
∎ S/he will also ensure coordination between case management services, child friendly space activities, and community-based child protection to deliver one integrated child protection system, in coordination with other agencies.
∎ The role holder is also responsible for providing technical support, documentation of all events, programme learning, and ensuring logistics requests are raised in a timely manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years' experience, preferably in a national or international organization, particularly in Child Protection program.
∎ Sound knowledge on child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to supervise the team, coordination skills between case management services, child friendly spaces.
∎ Experience and skill in documenting, reporting, analyzing and summarizing qualitative data.
∎ Sound knowledge on using MS Office, and internet.
