Job Context:
∎ Save the Children in Bangladesh has initiated a pilot project namely `Safe Back to School Community level Integrated Case Management (SB2S CCM)` using community-level integrated Case Management approach to provide individually targeted care through direct support and referrals to other services, such as cash assistance and social protection to most vulnerable children in Mirpur and Savar area for ensuring their safe return to school.
∎ Save the Children invites applications for the above mentioned position for SB2S CCM project. Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.
∎ Contract length: Up to 30 June, 2022
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years' work experience in a development organization and at least 2-years' experience in the field of child protection.
∎ Conceptual Knowledge of Case management, Child Rights, Psycho-Social Support.
∎ Experience in working with vulnerable and at-risk groups.
∎ Demonstrated experience of managing a team of field-based staff.
∎ Experience in providing/ facilitating training and meetings with different stakeholders.
∎ Working with trustworthiness and integrity and has a clear commitment to Save the Children's core values and humanitarian principles.
∎ Ability to work under extreme circumstances, including stress, high security risks and harsh living conditions. Works and lives with a flexible, adaptable and resilient manner.
∎ Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to gender, diversity and inclusion.
∎ Skilled in using Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams
