Alam’s Baby Wear is looking for a responsible and energetic professional to oversee our POS operations and sales floor team, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily POS (Point of Sale) operations, ensuring accurate billing and smooth transactions

• Monitor cash handling, reconciliation, and minimize discrepancies

• Manage and guide sales associates and floor staff

• Ensure proper customer service standards are maintained on the floor

• Coordinate with Administration Manager regarding sales performance and operational issues

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently

• Ensure discipline, attendance, and grooming of floor staff

• Assist in stock display, merchandising, and floor arrangement

• Support in daily sales reporting and POS-related documentation

  Requirements

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 2–4 years of experience in retail (baby wear preferred)

• Hands-on experience in POS operation and cash handling

• Experience in supervising or leading a small retail team

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (POS software, Excel)
