Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Pattern Making, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pattern making or pattern technology within the lingerie & Knit or intimate apparel industry.
∎ Proven experience working with delicate fabrics, elastics, and materials unique to lingerie design.
∎ Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, Clo 3D).
∎ Expertise in lingerie-specific grading, fit, and sizing.
∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
∎ In-depth understanding of garment fitting techniques and the unique requirements of lingerie patterns.
∎ Passion for lingerie design and a thorough knowledge of current trends and innovations in the intimate apparel industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making initial development/concept patterns of all styles according to the designs and customer requirements.
∎ Releasing accurate graded costing/Booking patterns of all styles for achieving company price targets on time.
∎ Grading all patterns/Size charts & How to Measure from initial/concept stage to required bulk size range.
∎ Attending sample fit sessions with customers, resolving fit issues and responsible to make accurate patterns for a perfect fit.
∎ Grading & Amending all patterns according to customer fit comments for required all fitting sizes.
∎ Responsible for taking fit approvals within less sample submissions and working on time to achieve customer & company T&A plans.
∎ Doing 2D molded/darted bra cup dressing patterns from initial stage to bulk stage without any sampling and production pattern issues.
∎ Working friendly with Marketing/Design/IE/CAD teams and helping to reduce fabric consumptions by patterns, reduce SMV by sample constructions for achieve more profits form bulk orders.
∎ Attending initial tech pack meetings, risk analysis meetings and communicating
∎ with production/quality/cutting teams for avoid upcoming production issues.
∎ Attending Pre-production meetings and make sure to give all Pattern related documents (Size chart/How to measure/Internal measurement chart/Lace placement boards/Bra cross grading chart/Wire chart) for relevant teams to achieve all customer requirements in Bulk. Responsible for release all patterns and hard pattern sets to cutting department on time without any failures.
∎ Making patterns of all styles by Gerber software system or manually.
∎ Training, Guiding & Developing Trainee/Junior pattern makers for all above pattern related things.
