Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed University
∎ Textile Graduate from Bangladesh University of Textile (BUTEX) will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recipe formulation (dyes selection) consideration with tri-chromatic combination, metameric index, fastness properties and price.
∎ Maintain RFT and check quality of fabrics, dyes and chemicals.
∎ Select the process route for different products like polyester-cotton blended, polyamide-cotton blended, 100% polyester, 100% polyamide, 100% viscose etc.
∎ Handle of Spectrophotometer (makes data base, recipe prediction, smart match correction, topping recipe, pass-fail, grey scale assessing, dyes strength check etc.)
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in work place and maintain a clean & tidy site.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in Textile Lab is a must
∎ BV, SGS, ITS or any Multinational Lab is preferable.
∎ At least 2 years of relevant experience for Executive and 3 to 5 years’ experience for Sr. Executive from any large Textile Industry
∎ Team player, Independent, enthusiastic and result oriented
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness, leadership ability and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Excellent communication skill in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
