Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBM/Master's degree in any discipline preferably with commerce background having no 3rd class in academic records
Additional Requirements:
∎ S/he must be Computer literate.
∎ Minimum 5 year's Banking Experience
∎ The applicant should have experience and/or knowledge on the following area(s):
∎ Category A- Foreign Trade:
∎ Trade Finance, Export, Import & Guarantees.
∎ GFT, Import/Export policy order & International rules in force.
∎ Rules and regulations of the country as well as the cross border transactions as per UCPDC, ISBP, URR, URC & INCOTERMS.
∎ Documentation process & proper procedure for complying trade transactions.
∎ Regulatory reporting to Bangladesh Bank and others.
∎ Issuance of all types of Guarantees & Settlements of claims as per URDG.
∎ Category B - Credit Risk Management:
∎ Credit Operation, Credit, Credit Administration, Credit Risk Analysis, Credit Risk Management.
∎ Apprising Credit proposal with justification based on analysis of Financial Statements, ICRRS, performance and overall business position.
∎ Timely sanctioning and also ensuring perfection of security.
∎ Compliance of terms and conditions as per the sanction letters.
∎ Identifying status of Loan position through regular monitoring.
∎ Handling customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction as well as proper implementation of Bank's/regulatory policies/guidelines/terms and conditions.
∎ Category C - General Banking:
∎ Managing Clients' Accounts, Dispute Handling, Sound Customer Service, Compliance of Laws and Regulations
∎ Provide professional services for a wide range of General Banking related products to address customers' different services and financial needs
∎ Handling customer complaints properly and performing necessary investigation
∎ Ensure daily reports are done accurately and on timely basis
∎ Monitor high risk based customer periodically
∎ Achieve set targets in terms of procurement of deposit and selling cards
∎ Help to create a working environment where customer can get best attention and service.
