Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the entire credit application process, right from login to disbursement.
∎ Co-ordinate with various organizations/department/agency for processing the loan file.
∎ Resolve customer issues and legal issues pertaining to sanction, disbursement process and in monitoring and recovery process.
∎ Apprise credit file and facilitate approval process in line with the company policies, Bangladesh Bank's regulations and guidelines.
∎ Analyze and interpret financial statements, Risk and other aspects of loan proposal.
∎ Ensure all recommendations of credit proposals to relevant Credit Committees/Board for approval are following credit policies, desired standards and within agreed deadlines.
∎ Liaison with Central Bank and timely reporting of activities attend the periodic meetings.
∎ Liaison with Credit Administration department for smooth credit processing, documentation, disbursement, and post disbursement monitoring.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring and housekeeping of loan files in a timely manner through coordination with the Credit Administration team/ICC.
∎ Ensure compliance issues of regulators-Bangladesh Bank and other agencies/government bodies.
∎ Maintain cordial relations with internal customers to work as a closely knit team.
∎ Ensure recovery of loan portfolio in a timely manner through cordial relations with customers.
