Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
∎ Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management and implementing HR policy.
∎ Responsible for procurement, store management, utilities, dispatch management, maintaining office premises and logistic supports.
∎ Perform all kinds of licensing renewal tasks for the Company.
∎ Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
∎ Public relations and protocol management and any other job assigned by the management.
