Experience:

• 8 to 10 years

• Masters degree in any discipline

• Diploma in Inventory or Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.

• Good It skills in particular spreadsheets and databases, and knowledge of warehouse systems.        

• Analytical and numerical ability.

• Previous experience in inventory control & core warehouse management.       

• Knowledge and understanding of lean techniques will add advantage.

• Good communication skills both in written & speaking in English·        

• Well conversant in MS-Office·        

• Pro-active, able to work under pressure.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels of raw materials, spare parts, tools, chemicals, and finished goods.

• Oversee bonded warehouse operations including customs documentation, stock registers. HS codes and material movement tracking as per NBR regulations.

• Ensure optimal inventory levels and avoid overstocking or stock outs.

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Coordinate with purchase and production departments to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.

• Implement best practices for store layout, storage systems, and FIFO/LIFO principles.

• Ensure proper tagging, binning, and documentation of inventory items.

• Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, material return slips, and other records.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory and store activities.

• Ensure proper use of ERP/Store Management software

• Lead and supervise the store team; ensure hygiene, safety, discipline, and continuous skill development in bonded and general storage operations.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on stock levels, consumption trends, bonded warehouse status, and audit feedback for management.

• Ensure store operations comply with company policies and statutory regulations.

• Enforce safety protocols for handling hazardous or sensitive materials.
