Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering, Food Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cake production, Food Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to execute the production plan with consistent quality products.
∎ Have sufficient knowledge about the products, process, quality parameters & staff management and documentation.
∎ Guide the supervisors to follow the work instructions keeping all the records and documents for evaluating the shift performance.
∎ Monitor the production process to optimize the productivity and to minimize wastes as process loss.
∎ Initiate the machine maintenance by engaging the concern team at least possible time to minimize downtime.
∎ Maintain workers/staffs engagement details of the shift.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Experience in the relevant field and privilege to be given for layer cake/cup cake production experience.
