∎ 2 years of work experience in HR Operations/ Services

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and streamline HR processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
∎ Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including documentation and induction
∎ Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Monitor HR metrics (e.g., attrition, headcount, absenteeism, turnover) and provide relevant reports to management
∎ Issue different kinds of letters or certificates (e.g. NOC, Experience Certificate, Employment certificate etc.) on a basis of necessity of staff
∎ Continue monitoring the project and trench closure and approval process and based on the project proposal issue necessary contract letters
∎ Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employee leave entitlements, absences and all kinds of leave-related matters by monitoring software and online leave tools
∎ Manage all categories of leave as per BRAC HRPP and communicate non-compliance with respective staff where applicable
∎ Carry out necessary analytics and take proactive action to fix any leave & attendance issues to comply HRPP
∎ Coordinate with HO unit where applicable to solve any critical issues
∎ Prepare leave and attendance report when applicable
∎ Ensure end to end transfer process (e.g. branch transfer, project transfer) by checking the compliance and issuing letters and updating transfer information in the HRIS as per HR Policy and Procedure
∎ Contact with related support units to solve bottlenecks
∎ Ensure the staff’s smooth offboarding process and complete those in HRIS
∎ Coordinate the total final payment process as per SOP
∎ Support payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursements
∎ Modify/ update any salary related information when required.
∎ Prepare different letters regarding salary/ designation/ allowance change
∎ Coordinate with internal and external audit with required information when required and maintain records related to payroll, tax, and benefit information for audit purposes
∎ Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensuring that employee data is accurate and up to date
∎ Generate reports from HR systems to track and analyze key HR metrics
∎ Support HR system upgrades or improvements as necessary
∎ Inter and intra departmental communication and reporting:
∎ Maintain communication with all sectors/ unit focal, branch manager and branch accounts regarding leave, attendance, transfer and pay roll issues.
∎ Organize different office memo/ circulars and disseminate the changes in system
∎ Prepare and update HR dashboard where required
∎ Prepare leave, transfer, salary and any kinds of special and emergency reports where applicable as per requirements.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR-related projects effectively and within set timelines
∎ Support to other units of in need basis
∎ Identify opportunities for enhancing HR operations and propose improvements for process efficiency
∎ Assist in implementing HR technology solutions and automation to streamline HR tasks and functions
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing HR data and systems and contributing to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
∎ It will collaborate with various departments to deliver seamless employee experience and support the organisation's HR strategy. It will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and efficient administrative operations across the HR function in a qualitative manner.
∎ HR Operations Management:
