Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Social Science/ Social Work/ Social welfare/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Economics/ Statistic from any recognised university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting monitoring activities in IDP areas
∎ Identify monitoring issues , indicator setup, develop monitoring tools and testing questionnaire in field
∎ Issues based and outcome monitoring data collection
∎ Monitoring data entry and assist to analyze data
∎ Prepare monitoring reports (with observation & recommendation) and share with concerned personnel
∎ Quality checking of MIS and programme monitoring data
∎ Qualitative data collection and prepare qualitative case study
∎ Monitoring findings sharing with field team in coordination and progress review meeting
∎ Specific incident investigation , prepare report and share with concerned persons
∎ Participate in the staff meeting for updating the program
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the safeguarding goals while action as a key source of support, guidance and expertise for establishing a safe working environment in accordance to its reporting procedures. Practice, promote encourage and endorse the safeguarding policy and implementation standards among team members in case of any reportable incident.
∎ Ensure safeguarding issues in the field (both staff and project participants)
∎ Any other relevant assignments deemed necessary for IDP

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Carry out purposive investigation based on specific issue
∎ Assist to event management
∎ Any assignment given by the IDP management
